RAINMAKER COSTA RICA
Quepos
Description
Price per person: Canopy and walk 65 US$, just the walk 45 US$. Suggestions: Comfortable shoes, swimming costume, binoculars and a camera. Lasting approximately 4½ hours. Located on the Coastal road 22 kilometers from Quepos/ Manuel Antonio and 17 kilometers from Parrita. It is a private rainforest reserve that crosses more than 2000 hectares, 90% of the tropical virgin forest. It is a bank of biodiversity for 70% of all the flora and fauna of species that have been found in Costa Rica. The project is the protection of the environment and the protection of the Fila Chonta along the Costa Rica Cordillera. Canopy Tour: the walk is along a system of hanging bridges, developed in the United States, this was the first in Central America. The longest bridge is 90 meters in length and the total walk has six sections totaling 250 meters, the wooden platforms are fixed to the trees, the tour includes natural refreshments, fresh fruit snacks, a traditional Costa Rican lunch and round trip transport from Quepos/ Manuel Antonio. River walk: the trip begins with a walk from the river along the border of the Río Seco, passing calmly along the paths and at the same time the platforms will allow you to see waterfalls, and capture the biodiversity with photographs, the tour includes round trip transportation from Quepos, a variety of fruit and juices for breakfast and a Costa Rican lunch. This is the Morpho Butterfly farm, varieties of birds, colorful poisonous frogs and unique species of plants. Depending on the time of year, visitors will be able to see incredible reptiles and other animals. At the end of the walk there is a swimming pool from a waterfall for you to enjoy.
